From ancient Egyptian times to the present day, an evil priest and a suicidal virgin are constantly reincarnated, each seeking their own eternal peace. In the present, the Egyptian girl is a beautiful American girl: Sunya, the object of lust of three suitors. She has to make a choice, but her heart is not the only one guiding her on which way to go. Then a traveller suddenly appears with a magic crystal that can show the future to anyone who looks into it. This makes it easier for Sunya to choose what to do with her life.

Gloria Swanson is a great actress, capable of playing multiple characters and expressing a wide range of emotions in the same film. Albert Parker also shows his talent, managing to create a film with multiple time frames without a single misstep.
